#NatureBio-Inspired materials: nature provides us fascinating examples with remarkable properties. Butterflies display a dazzling array of colors on their wings, which are also light-weight, non-wettable, and highly flexible for flying. Cephalopod is a master of underwater camouflage, which changes the skin from transparency to red to avoid predators. Importantly, bioorganisms respond to environmental change passively with minimal energy. We will mine the biology for mechanisms and optimization strategies to address issues such as locomotion, defense, adaptivity, and durability for robotics. #Robotics

Intelligent agent: computer vision and machine learning are creating major technological advances. How our daily living can benefit from these advances? We will bring a team of speakers who are at the forefront of Visual recognition, Argumented Reality (AR), Face recognition, and home AI. Tutorials and technological overviews will be provided.
